1) Can you make me a custom or special order product?
Sorry, we do not offer any custom, special order or modified products at all. We only offer what is shown on the website.


2) Can I buy wire, plugs, or any other parts from you?
Sorry, we do not sell any separate components.


3) How are the cable lengths measured?
The cable measurement is the length of the wire before the plugs are attached. The wire in a right angle terminates about a 1/4" below the centerline of the plug shaft. The wire in a straight terminates about a 1-3/4" from the tip of the plug shaft.


4) Can I order if I don't have a Paypal account?
YES, you do NOT need a Paypal account to order. Hit the ADD TO CART button and follow the instructions. The program will accept major credit cards. We do recommend you open a Paypal account for your own convenience. In the future, this will make it easier and faster to re-order through us or other websites that use Paypal.


5) Can I send a check, money order or wire transfer?
Sorry, we do NOT accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, etc. We accept payment through the website ONLY.


6) Is Armor Gold part of Reverend Musical Instruments?
No, Armor Gold is a separate company located in the same industrial complex as Reverend. Reverend president Joe Naylor owns Armor Gold, and designs the products for Armor Gold, but they are legally separate companies.


7) I own a retail store/distribution company, can I buy products at wholesale?
Sorry, Armor Gold products are available on a retail basis only. We are not seeking dealers, distributors, or any kind of resellers.
